Colorado Technical
Specialist Program
The Colorado Technical Specialist program is part
of the American Radio Relay League
Field
Organization.
Mission:
Contribute to the Colorado amateur radio
community by providing technical assistance, education and training via a
network of technically- oriented amateur radio volunteers.
Key strategies:
- Educate:
Promote
the general education of the ham population in Colorado via hamfest programs,
newsletters, web sites, email lists, etc. This can include basic tutorial
information as well as specific advanced technical topics.
- Assist:
Lend
a hand to fellow amateur radio operators by investigating technical issues
such as Radio Frequency Interference problems
- Network:
Network
with knowledgeable and influential radio amateurs around the state, connecting
up with people to share information and solve problems.
